Deteriorating asphalt and a previous underperformed overlay by another company had left some of the residential streets throughout Catalina Foothills Estates #10 HOA in need of repair and resurfacing.
Phase I of this project was completed by Ace in 2008. During this second phase, we saw cut and removed over 9,200 sq. ft. of deteriorated asphalt in 235 separate areas. We then repaved these areas with hot mix asphalt and compacted to a 3 1/2 inch depth. We also skin patched 8 areas totaling over 500 sq. ft. After crack filling the roadways, we resurfaced nearly 32,200 sq. yds. using our Heavy Grade Slurry Seal. Finally, we striped over 10,000 linear feet of centerline with thermo plastic striping.
Notable Projects with Customer: We have performed regular maintenance for Palmcroft Baptist Church since 1991.
